MITCHELL HIGH SCHOOL BAND FIELD TRIP FORM

      I give my son/daughter permission to go on a field trip with the Mitchell High School Band.  I understand             that he/she will be under the supervision of certified, Mitchell County Board of Education personnel at all times.

        Trip to:  Asheville, NC (Asheville Holiday Parade)

        Sponsors:  Tim and Sharon Drum

        Organization:  Mitchell High School Band

        Dates:  November 22, 2008

        Time Leaving:  8:15 AM  (Be at MHSat 8:00 AM)

        Expected Return:  @ 2:00 pm

        Method of Transportation:  Activity Bus (2)

• Be at MHS at 8:00 AM

• Students will need money for lunch at Fuddruckers

• The band shirt is to be worn under the uniform for this performance..

• Parents are welcome to come.

• Please leave the circle clear of cars in order for the students to more easily unload when we return.
