Band Graduate Garrett Schlesinger has been selected as the newest drum major of the Leland Stanford Junior University Marching Band.  (Better known as the Stanford University Marching Band of Palo Alto California)  Posted 11/30/2009

New Website for Mitchell HS Alumni.  All alumni are encouraged to visit and join the alumni Site www.mitchellhighschool.com and join the band alumni discussion group.  Currently we are sixth in size and we would like to be the largest (above former athletes).  This is a great site to reconnect with former classmates and keep up with friends from high school.  Posted 6/5/2009

Mrs. Drum has finished radiation therapy and is back at school.  Mr. and Mrs. Drum would like to thank everyone for their prayers.  She is participating in a clinical study for the prevention of bone cancer and take avastin for a year or more.  Please continue to keep our family in your prayers.  We will continue to use this site to update you on her condition.  God Bless you all.
